Some of the works at THE PRINT FAIR AT THE SYDNEY COOPER GALLERY , Canterbury which opened yesterday and will be exhibited until August 24th.

I was only able to take these two photos as photography is not really permitted...I hasten to add I was only told this after I had taken the two photos. So if you want to see more, get yourselves to Canterbury. I was really impressed with the quality of the hang and the range and quality of the work selected. Special thanks to Suki Brand and Ruth MacDonald as well as everyone at the Sydney Cooper Gallery!! It is a lovely exhibition with a wide range of work, well worth a visit.

Below is the latest Collagraph I am working on.....it will be interesting to see how it comes up as a print..watch this space as I will be updating with images as I print.

These are two prints from another collagraph which i made last week. I love the way colour and orientation can creat a whole new meaning!!

Looking forward to seeing my work hung in the Contemporary Print Fair at the Sidney Cooper Gallery in Canterbury. The show is open from the 31st of July until the 24th of August. For more about the Sidney Cooper Gallery and their events, www.canterbury.ac.uk/sidney-cooper
I
was also really pleased to exhibit the Collagraph Plate the print was made from at the Zeitgeist Members open show last thursday.http://www.zeitgeistartsprojects.com/

The piece titled "after Paul Nash" is A4 size and am delighted to say it has sold.

I am now working on making more collagraph prints for the Pushing Print exhibition in Margate in October, I love the event where they use a steam roller to create a giant print!!

I will be posting my prints shortly and who knows maybe a collagraph or two....which to enter I wonder!

This work has also inspired me for the "Variations" exhibition organised by Trevisan International in Bologna in November, will keep you posted on that event too!!
